Refinishing Floors
When considering refinishing hardwood floors, remove all rugs, furniture, and soft furnishings from the area
being worked upon. If you are planning any other projects such as painting, we recommend doing this before
you start on your new floor.

Staining Floors
Staining brings a new element of ideas with hardwood floors. In many cases colors can be changed over the

original staining procedure. This will be visible if you're attempting to lighten a floor in later years.
